I'm Diana but you can call me Mama Yagi! I'm not Japanese but my husband and two kids are. I lived in Japan for eight years and fell in love with the flavors. I've run a Japanese household for ten years and have learnt tricks that make the Japanese kitchen easier and less intimidating for us folks on the State side.
